1. Check-In and Check-Out:

   • Check-in time is from 14:00
   • Check-out time is until 12:00
   • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to one day before arrival.
   • Cancellations made within one day prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first night's stay.
   • A prepayment for the first night will be required if cancellation occurs within one day before arrival.

3. Payment Policy:

   • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and virtual cards.

4. Occupancy Policy:

   • The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 persons 
   • Extra guests may incur additional charges and must be approved by hotel management.
