La Corne Hotel Operational Rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

   • Check-in is available from 12:00 UTC  4
   • Check-out must be completed by 14:00 UTC 4 
   • Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered based on availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to one day before arrival.
   • Cancellations made within one day prior to arrival will incur a charge for the first night’s stay.
   • A prepayment for the first night will be required if cancellation occurs within one day before arrival.

3. Payment Policy:

   • Payment for the stay is due at check-in.
   • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and virtual cards.

4. Pet Policy:

   • Pets are not allowed in the hotel. 

5. Behavioral Guidelines:

   • Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff.
   • The hotel reserves the right to evict any guests who do not adhere to these standards.

6. Liability:

   • La Corne Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay.

7. Smoking Policy:

   • Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in guest rooms. Guests found smoking outside designated areas may be subject to penalties.
